About The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate pipeline and connect with potential customers. You’ll be the first point of contact, engaging prospects and creating opportunities for the sales team.
What You’ll Do
Identify and reach out to potential prospects
Qualify leads and understand their needs
Initiate conversations through email and other channels
Schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions
Collaborate with marketing and growth teams
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sales or outreach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage and build initial relationships
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working with outreach tools and CRM systems
