About The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition, activation, and overall growth for our AI sales platform. You’ll experiment, optimize, and scale strategies that generate consistent pipeline.
What You’ll Do
Plan and execute growth campaigns across multiple channels
Optimize funnels to improve conversion rates
Run experiments to identify high-performing strategies
Work closely with product and sales teams
Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly
Scale successful campaigns and channels
Requirements
2+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing
Strong understanding of acquisition channels
Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
Experience with campaign tracking and optimization
Ability to test, learn, and iterate quickly
