About The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers get maximum value from the platform. You’ll work closely with users to drive adoption, retention, and long-term success.
What You’ll Do
Onboard new customers and guide them through setup
Build strong relationships with customers
Monitor usage and identify opportunities for improvement
Proactively support customers to ensure success
Gather feedback and share insights with product teams
Reduce churn and increase customer retention
Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer success or account management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
Problem-solving mindset
Experience working with SaaS products
