About The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers get maximum value from the platform. You’ll work closely with users to drive adoption, retention, and long-term success.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through setup

  • Build strong relationships with customers

  • Monitor usage and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Proactively support customers to ensure success

  • Gather feedback and share insights with product teams

  • Reduce churn and increase customer retention

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions

  • Problem-solving mindset

  • Experience working with SaaS products
