About The Role
We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to build and scale the core infrastructure behind our AI sales platform. You’ll be responsible for developing reliable systems that power data processing, automation, and integrations.
What You’ll Do
Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs
Build systems that handle large volumes of data efficiently
Manage database architecture and optimize queries
Ensure system reliability, security, and performance
Integrate third-party tools and services
Collaborate with frontend and AI teams to deliver end-to-end features
Monitor, debug, and improve system performance continuously
Requirements
2+ years of backend development experience
Strong knowledge of server-side languages (Node.js, Python, or similar)
Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
Understanding of API design and distributed systems
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Strong problem-solving skills
